The 1to5 App offers access to certain features through a monthly subscription model. To manage these subscriptions securely, we use a third-party payment gateway called PayHere. When you subscribe, you may be required to provide billing information such as your name, address, and payment details (e.g., credit or debit card) directly to PayHere. We do not store or process your full payment information on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by PayHere, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy. 1.5. Refund and Return Policy

We offer digital content and services through a monthly subscription. As such, once a subscription payment is made and access is granted. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to paid features or if you were charged incorrectly, you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction for a refund review.
All refund requests should be made by emailing [email protected], and must include your transaction ID and registered phone number. Approved refunds will be processed through PayHere, and the time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
